Our Story

Ever since I was a child, kitchen used to be my one of the most favorite places. There was something magical about the aroma of something cooking good, the clatter of pans and utensils and the satisfaction came from people’s face after they took the first bite. That love for cooking from childhood never really left me, it just kept growing and wanted something more.
That moment came in the form of Noir. What started as a dream to open a cozy little cafe where people would stop, breathe and enjoy a sip of coffee, slowly turned into a reality. Every corner in Noir, each and every recipe on the menu reflects the love for food that started in childhood and a longing vision of creating a place which people would want to call as their Regular Spot.

Why Noir?

The names Noir itself represents the rich, deep, inculcating, comforting notes of a perfectly brewed coffee cup- bold yet soothing that’s what we want to provide to the customers. We want Noir to feel like an escape from the outside noise. A cozy corner in Surat where u can curl up with a book, catch up with friends or simply enjoy a moment to yourself.

Hi, I’m Chhavi Bhaiya the person behind the Noir the Coffee House. What started as a childhood dream of running my own cozy cafe and after years of holding onto that vision, Noir finally came to life and is all yours.

Hi! I Chhavi Bhaiya the founder of Noir The Coffee House.

For me Noir is not just a cafe it is a dream brought to  life. I have always believed that a great cafe doesn’t only provide coffee, it should create a sense of comfort, connection and belonging. Every detail from ambience to the menu everything is designed in such a way that our customers come back for it.

I want to create a space where people want to stop and take a pause from their busy schedules, enjoy handcrafted beverages and food and create beautiful and meaningful memories with the people they love. Thank you for being a part of Noir The Coffee House and making it feel like home.
